ma chambre premium mais j'ai dû demander moi même mes " cadeaux de bienvenue" cad la bouteille de vin et les fruits!!! qui sont compris dans le prix. je ne trouve pas cela normaol!! Le buffet du matin était vide à 9h30 alors qu'il est sensé être ouvert jusque 10H00. Le 2 ieme jour je n'ai eu droit qu'a des croissants avec 1 petit morceau de beure. Ei il a fallu demander pour obtenir un jus d'orange |

Good price, service ok, quite new hotel (but not like brand hotels - here need some improvement) Hotel surroundings is a bit scary - however typical for small streets in Bulgaria... A bit slow internet. |

Everything. Staff, Comfort and a quiet location right in the central area of Sofia. Parking not a problem but you need to pre-arrange parking with Hotel. |
